Electric Control System

In order to meet the design requirement of this proposal, the control cabinet of all equipment are integrated planned and centralized placed. It adopts PLC control and can be operated manually and automatically. Production network architecture can be divided into three layers: office, production and control network.

Hydraulic Control System

It is used to provide hydraulic power for pipe-push device, pipe stopper, rotating device , etc. The whole production line is equipped with a number of hydraulic stations.

Hydraulic system adopts pump station and valve station separation form. Pump station is installed at the suitable place in workshop while the valve station is installed on the action mechanism. The main pipeline (pressure oil and oil return pipeline) is laid under the rack, one end of which connects to the pump station. valve station have independent pipeline to take oil pressure and oil return.
