Steel Pipe Spiral Conveyor

Steel pipe conveyor is mainly used to transmit pipes and can be divided into linear conveyor and spiral conveyor. The linear one can be used to transport pipes from one process to the next and intermediate transmission. The spiral one is mainly used to meet the requirement of anticorrosion production. Steel pipe can go froward in spiral, at the same time, pipe blasting and coating can also be finished.

The spiral conveying equipment provided by Rudder is widely used in the production of shot blasting descaling and surface coating of steel pipes due to its high conveying precision and easy one-button line adjustment.

Linear Conveyor

pipe straight transmission line is used to convey pipe straightly, mainly used for pipe transition, reject and recycle.

Automatic Push Rack

Steel pipe transverse conveyor mainly conveys the steel pipe from the previous process to the next process through mechanical or hydraulic control, equipped with PLC control, it can realize the automation of steel pipe transverse conveying, steel pipe transverse conveyor mainly includes automatic pipe pushing equipment and chain conveying equipment, pipe transporting trolley and stepping trolley.

There is pipe-push device on the rack and pipes will rolling ahead with the help of hydraulic (or motor).

Chain conveying rack:With its compact and stable construction, chain conveying rack can reduce the labor intensity and on-site safety hazard. It can reduce transmission, improving the efficiency, and then achieve the automatic pipe feeding, which is leading international rack form. But its cost is relative high.

Pipe carrier: This device has been applied in many coating production lines. It has two forms and is made up of joint type and independent type. The latter one consists of two sets moving carrier, guide rail, hydraulic device. Driven by the motor, carrier moves forth and back on the guide rail. The pipe connector on the carrier moves up and down with the help of hydrau lic control device. Two sets form one group.

Rotating Mechanism

The spraying trolley is mainly driven by the gear motor, carrying the steel pipe while rotating and moving longitudinally along the guide rail, passing through the coating station to complete the coating of the surface of the steel pipe, adopting different structural forms, applied to the production of steel pipe CWC, steel pipe inside and outside the FBE, steel pipe inside and outside the paint, steel pipe outside the PU foam insulation layer.

The rotary device is mainly driven by a gear motor to carry the steel pipe rotation, and is applied to the inspection and blowing stations of the steel pipe.
