Small diameter steel pipe inner wall FBE, epoxy phenolic, ceramic and other coatings are used to protect the pipe surface from corrosion. It is mainly used for corrosion protection of drill pipes, oil casing and fire water pipes.

Epoxy powder is usually sprayed onto the pipe at a temperature of about 180 - 230°C. When heated on the surface of the steel pipe, the epoxy powder melts and forms a uniform epoxy coating on the pipe. A liquid epoxy primer can also be added to the small diameter steel pipe before spraying, and the coating needs to be heated and cured after FBE spraying. The equipment can be used for internal and external FBE coating at the same time.
