Customization Process
1. After we receive the customer's request, we communicate with the customer in time to fully understand the customer's needs;
2. According to the customer's requirements, we provide equipment layout and technical solutions, as well as equipment quotation;
3. Visit the customer's factory on site, fully communicate with the customer, design targeted equipment plans according to the customer's logistics and technical requirements, and sign technical agreements and contracts with customers;
4. Carry out the basic design and detailed design of equipment according to the technical agreement, and ask customers to review the basic design and detailed design of equipment, and provide customers with basic information such as equipment layout drawings, basic civil drawings, water and electricity energy consumption requirements, etc.;
5. According to the detailed design confirmed by the customer, carefully process, purchase, equip and test the equipment;
6. Invite customers to conduct factory pre-inspection on the completed equipment;
7. Equipment packaging and delivery according to technical agreements and contract requirements;
8. Assist customers in equipment installation and commissioning, train customers on equipment operation and operation, and accept equipment together with customers;
9. Provide after-sales service to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, including regular return visits to understand the operation of the equipment.
